This is a new  development in audio surveillance technology using cellular telephones and the GSM network to provide the ability to monitor both rooms, telephone conversations and SMS messages from anywhere in the world where there is a GSM service.

Previously listening devices have had a very limited range. Now there is no limit to the distance from which you monitor conversations.

Discreetly housed in standard cellular phones this monitoring facility is totally discreet. You can dial into a Spy Phone without it ringing, anything lighting up or the user being given any indication whatsoever that they are being monitored.

The Spy Phone is operated by programming into it a particular cellular number that you want to call from to monitor conversations. When you dial into the Spy Phone from that number it recognizes it and automatically and discreetly opens up the microphone so that you can listen in. The number that you have programmed in to the Spy Phone will not be listed.

New developments in Spy Phone technology allow a user to have all SMS text messages  forwarded to a third party, who can also be notified every time the Spy Phone is switched on, whenever the SIM card is changed and  can also find the approximate location of the Spy Phone by being notified of the nearest cell site.
