This digital RF detector uses the  very latest technology to provide very high sensitivity across a wide frequency range that ensures that it will detect and locate even the the weakest radio transmissions such as those used in covert surveillance devices.

VHF, UHF and Microwave transmitters will be detected along with anything transmitting between 1 Mhz ang 6Ghz (6000Mhz). Such devices would include miniature room transmitters, mains powered transmitters, telephone transmitters, video transmitters, Spyphones, tracking devices and walkie talkies.

Unusually, this unit also features a 'peak pulse' detector which will alert the user to 'burst' transmissions which accumulate information and transmit it in short 'bursts'.

Also incorporated  is a sensitivity control and a 10 LED signal strength meter which will help  direct the user to the source of a transmission.

The 'audio confirmation' facility enables the user to distinguish between  suspect signals and innocent ambient signals.

The silent 'vibrating' mode means that this unit can be used to silently alert the user to the fact that a room may be bugged.

Powered by a standard 9v. PP3 battery (included) this hand held unit also has a 'low battery' indicator.

The system includes a semi-rigid antenna, a flexible antenna for body-worn use, and a pair of stereo earphones.
