The Ranger 5 is the big brother of the Ranger 3, still offering the forefront of 1st generation night vision technology, the Ranger 5 also boasts powerful 5 x magnification.
Housed in an easy-grip rubber-armoured coating this unit features a 5 times magnification lens enabling night time viewing at 300 - 500 metres. The unit has an integrated infrared illuminator allowing for operation in zero light conditions and the front and rear focusing adjustments ensure razor sharp images.
The Ranger 5 unit is fully waterproofed and is fitted with aircraft-grade Aluminium gaskets to further prevent water and dust penetration to the inner housing. Truly a night vision unit for all climates, the Ranger 3 will operate at temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to +40 degrees Centigrade.
