A miniaturised pulsating infra-red strobe unit which is invisible except when viewed through night vision.

The unit clips directly on to a PP3 (9V) battery (not included).  The powerful infra-red flashes can be seen through clothing and deep foliage.  Used by military for night operations to identify friendly forces but equally useful for night rescue purposes or while out hunting with friends who are also using night vision.
