This is the latest US Military issue strobe light producing 250,000 peak lumens per flash light output and flashing 55 times per minute.  Waterproof to 15 metres it includes a sliding flash guard to limit side flash, an infra-red filter for covert signalling and marking and a built-in blue filter to differentiate the strobe flash from ground fire.  Meets all mil-spec, USCG and Solas certifications.  Operates from 2 x ‘AA’ (1.5V) batteries – included.
