During an emergency the last thing you want to happen is to reach for your torch, radio or cellular phone and find that the batteries have gone flat. We have put a package together to make sure that this does not happen.

The kit contains an AM/FM radio, a torch and a cellphone charger all of which can be powered by turning (or squeezing) a handle. The kit also contains a 4 function whistle so that you can summon help.

The AM/FM radio has a collapsible antenna, built-in torch, earphone jack and a jack for an optional AC adaptor (not included). Cranking the handle for about one minute will power the radio for about 30 minutes.

The cellphone charger includes adaptors for 8 different makes of cellular phone: Nokia - Motorola - Motorola Razor - Samsung - Sony Ericsson - LG - Nextel - Kyocera/Audiovox. Cranking the handle for about 3 minutes will give enough power for a conversation lasting between 2 an 8 minutes or about 30 minutes of standby time.

The torch has a wrist strap and an on/off switch. Squeezing the handle for about 10 seconds provides about 8 minutes of light.

The whistle includes a built-in key chain, thermometer, compass and magnifying glass.
