A smart brown leather briefcase that can be used to carry documents as normal.  In the event of the user being fired at the case can be flipped open, with a quick release, and held up for use as a ballistic shield.  The case includes NIJ level IIIa panels that protect against all handguns up to a .44 magnum, please refer to our ballistic chart for more information on protection levels.

Both the top and bottom sections of the case contain the ballistic protection and as the case opens to 180 degrees the protection area is increased by double, from   32x42cm to 65x42cm.
