This is a smart black, unobtrusive rectangular box that can be hidden in/as a tissue box, chocolate box, book, double CD box or a myriad of other items. It can even be used as a plynth for a sculpture or piece of art. The box has no hole in it for the camera but it contains a low-light colour CMOS camera, built-in microphone and video recorder. It also comes with a wall-mounting bracket.

There is a motion detector that picks up movement and activates the unit to record video and audio for a pre-set legnth of time. All recordings are time and date stamped and the unit can be operated using the built-in Li-polymer battery which will give 6 hours of non-stop recording or 8 hours of standby.

The system is supplied with a  remote controller, 512 Mb SD card and a USB SD card reader. The system will support up to a 32 Gb SD card which would  give approximately 64 hours of record time.

The system can be set up, via the remote control to record at pre-set times or simply when it detects movement.

Supplied with a 13 amp plug adaptor and 2Gb microSD card.
