This is an ex MOD re-manufactured left hand drive 4x4 Land Rover Defender 110 with a V8, 5 speed, manual, petrol, 134bhp at 5000rpm engine. It has uprated brakes and heavy duty suspension, front and rear air-conditioning and interior bench seats for carrying at least 8 people.

The complete passenger compartment, including the glazed areas, offers protection to level B6 from 7.62mm Nato ball and 5.56mm SS109 (steel core) rounds, both at 90 degrees at point blank range. The roof also offers protection from the same rounds but at 60 degrees and 30m range. The floor has a steel plate that offers protection from L2A2 hand grenades and anti-personel mines of up to 2Kg.

The tyres, including the spare have been replaced with Tyron run- flat bands that allows the vehicle to be driven on even after the tyres have been shot.The front radiator grills have been replaced with 3mm steel to increase protection to the radiator/oil cooler system.
